Is it possible to get a Harley Davidson for less than $3000? |
1998+ any body style I looking for a comfortable ride cruiser, something nice affordable and with a small engine since this shall be my first bike I know that there are other brands such as Suzuki and Honda with cheaper prices but im talking about HDs only Has to be in drivable, not looking for a project bike I will sell you mine for 3k. See picture at left. Just kidding. You may be able to find an 883 sportster for that price but it will probably have high miles. Another idea is a salvage Harley, if you are handy at fixing things. you might find the small Sportster for around that price. I think it's an 886 motor or something like that. try ebay http://www.walnecks.com/ No. not for three. The new 883 run about 10 g and will only drop to aout 7-8k and hold their price. Being a first bike and wanting a harley you sould like your mose worried about image than a good ride. consider a honda magna one from 1998-2000 can run you about 3-4 k lots of used bike research no way could you get one for 3000. for a 1998 you will probably pay around 10,000 |
