What is a good motorcycle for $1000-$2000? |
I am looking for a bike that is not really huge (I'm 5'5" tall), and would be a comfortable cruiser. If you have any ideas, please let me know. buy a street legal dirtbike and learn to ride\ A GOOD motorcycle for $1-$2K well that depends on what your definition of "Good" is. If you the mechanical knowledge, Tools and an open budget then the selection is "Good",Instead if you have little to no experience in riding or wrenching then you selection for a "Good" motorcycle is slim. I would first invest in the MSF course save up a couple of more bucks $2-$3K and then start looking. you know we see this question in some form everyday. you can get something like this.... None. Your budget is too restricted. Look for $2500-$3500, and get a used Kawasaki Vulcan 500 or used Honda Shadow 600. 1 Thing to say..... CRAIGSLIST!!!! there are alot of bikes on there. from good stunt bikes to good beginners. you can pick up a used rebel for that much... |
