Which bike would you recommend; Rocker, Raider, etc..?? Need advise.?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a nice looking, comfortable bike to go to work with, I'll be riding about 120 miles every day.

Here's the cruisers that I'm interested in....so far.

- Harley Rocker
- Kawasaki MeanStreak
- Yamaha Raider
- Victory Vegas 8 Ball

I also like these sports/touring models

- Yamaha FZ6
- kawasaki Z1000

Which of these bikes would you recommend or do you have any other bike to ad to my list??

Thanks

Thanks Mike but I had my fare share of crouch rokets, I owned a R1 about 5 years ago, great bike but not confortable for my needs.

120 miles every day, you're gonna want a windshield, and much as I'd rather promote a harley.... a rocker looks wrong with a windshield.
I think a cruiser (if not a touring bike) with a windshield will be the most comfortable choice over a sport bike for so many miles of riding every day.
go out test riding and see which is most comfortable

hey buy this one 2007 yamaha R1
its a lot better then that one

for a workhorse you would do well to concider a yamaha 600 0r 900 diversion, comfortable, bullitproof engines, cheap to run and insure, post 1998 models are best as they have a better brake set up.

kawasaki - kz1000
meanstreak
FJR 1300

All four of those cruisers are nice bikes but if you want the best try the Honda VTX 1300 or 1800

I like your tastes in bikes, mirrors my own. I'd probably go with either the Raider or the 8 Ball. Not 100% sure but I believe I'd go with the FZ6 because it does offer some wind protection.

All great bikes though and I'm sure you'd be happy with any choice you made between them.

Road King, windshield, optional cruise control
Electra Glide Standard, Fairing, optional cruise control
Electra Glide Classic, Fairing and radio, optional cruise
control
Electra Glide Ultra Classic, Fairing, radio and cruise control

How comfortable do you want to be?

vegas 8ball. i have 37,000 trouble free miles, it handles great, great power and it doesn't look like every other bike out there.
