I got this bike and like it but I really would rather have my feet under me instead of out front. Yeah, it's a cruiser, but I've seen pix of older Shadows with the foot pegs that are in the "normal" position.
This bike is the first one I've ever owned that has working rear view mirrors- you can see what's behind you. All the other bikes I've ever owned only showed me a buzzy blurred image. In order to keep this bike, I think I'm gonna need a kit to convert the shifter and brakes to what I think of as "normal." Who's done this? Know where I can look for the parts to make the conversion? Its a full custom conversion. Leave them where they are and just ride the bike and enjoy it. |
