Is a gas mini chopper appropriete for a 5 foot 3 person? And where can I find one cheap?


I am looking at either a super bike or a gas mini chopper but i am only 5 foot 3 and i am not sure if i will be able to reach my hands to the handlebars of the mini chopper so can u guys help me!!
