Why are Paul's tattoos censored on American Chopper?

We are being allowed to enjoy a fascinating TV programme in the UK just now, -and I guess some other European countries are, too. It features those lovable rogues from "Orange County Choppers" , and their quest to design and build a "real fine custom motorcycle" BUT they always have some impossible deadline to beat. They always do manage to have the bike finished in time , though. Phew!!

Anyway, although a great fan of the Tutul family I am intrigued that the TV company have ever- so-carefully censored some of the tattoos, particularly on Paul. If you look carefully you just see a little blur.

Can anyone explain to me what these tattoos represent, and why we aren't allowed to see them?

Some of them are brand names of bikes. It may be an advertising permission issue.
