For instance on "American Chopper", maybe Paul is having trouble getting the shape of that motorcycle fender just right. So then his dad comes up and starts bawling that the bike "gotta be ready" for the big show coming up.
The worst example in the uK is "time team"where a bunch of archaeologists have to excavate a site but they are given an unfeasibly short time to do it- 2 days or something. And they end up running about in an attempt to make the show more "exciting:".
Does anyone actually LIKE these type of "deadlines" in shows? .. aren't they just a little bit boring?
you are so right!that's the reason I record and fast forward some of the decorating shows I might have an interest in..also I hate it when they have to argue and fight during taping.I have stopped watching those programs.I watch to learn something ,not be subjected to their insults of each other.........why add more stress to my viewing experience....yup change tha channel......... |
