What's the difference between a Street BMX bike, a Flatland BMX bike and a Dirt BMX bike? |
What's the difference between a Street BMX bike, a Flatland BMX bike and a Dirt BMX bike? street bmx bike: made just for cruisin around town, nice feel & comfy seat flatland bmx bike: for doing tricks on just the plain ground not for jumps or anything else, probably a little bit smaller than others dirt bmx bike: for racing and jumping, probably light Street BMX is like rails and small ramps. Dirt BMX is when the ramps/jumps are made of dirt and you mostly go for big air and spin tricks. Flatland BMX is when you don't do ramps/jumps and you mostly just do manuals. But the difference between the different bikes is the bikes durability other than that there is no difference. Street BMX - For the street and rails and ramps like in a skate park. Flatland BMX - For bigger ramps, and races on flat land. Dirt BMX - For Muddy, dirty ground and bigger ramps on ground and BMX races over bumps and get very muddy, etc just like Quad Bike Races. All of them are the BMX's and the name tells you EXACTLY WHAT IS ON THE TIN =D The place it is being ridden! |
