What's the best way to pull a Manual on a bmx bike?


Some one help me i can only hold it for a few seconds

lean all the way back with your rear that your center of gravity is over the rear hub and pull the bars but do not over do it (I broke my ankle because I over did it), finding a balance point is hard and takes practice so if you don't nail it first time practice!!!
ride your stupid bike and stop being such a big dope. how do you think anyone else learned how to do anything anywhere?
