What necessities should i get to start BMX racing other than the Bike????

Of course i know that i need a bike but what other necessities should i also invest in to get started BMX racing.

Full finger gloves, long sleeved shirt and long pants/jeans, shoes and socks, a fullface helmet, maybe some elbow guards. And shoes and socks. Some people wear motorbike body armour but that is personal choice. Goggles are not necessary and (I think) look wankery.
Pads on the bike help. but I am not sure if you have to have them where you are. I prefer to have them as I have suffered injury from not having a gooseneck pad and I have seen someone get a broken nose from a face plant on the handlebars.
The more covered you are, the less skin to hit the gravel.
1. Long screws to secure brain in head as the road ahead is likely to be bumpy.
2. Helmet to protect brain.
3. Goggles - too keep sand, rocks out of your eyes.
4. Heavy leather jumpsuit to protect your sorry A** in case you fall off the bike.
5. A good life Insurance Policy in case something very serious happens to you.
Common Sense.

Play hard but be careful.
u mostly need gloves , helmet,body pads,

o and practic doing jumps cuz ull see alot of jumps in bmx racing
