I have a Haro NyquistR1 bmx bike and i dont know how to take off the pegs on the front. Its like in a lock or somthing, so yea so i need any tools or anything? or do i just need to swist or shift it a little?

you need a 3/8 inch axle extension socket. this is the standard in my bike shop for removing pegs. that lock you see isnt a lock, its the spider peg adapters so you dont lose you axle nuts.
With a wrench... An adjustable wrench. And probably some lubricant. Grease the screws, adjust the wrench, and unscrew the screws. The pegs should come off easily after.
