Help finding a new bike?


i need a good bmx bike for about $550 or less but a really nice model.

i have looked at

and We The People

I had a Diamondback Viper back in the day when I did BMX. It was always a really good bike to me. I think I paid about $300 for it. Even after upgrading the seat, adding pegs, gyro system, and pedals it was still under your $550 limit.

It has been awhile so I don't know if the price still holds up. Also check to see if there are any newer models than the Viper that Diamondback has come out with. Should get you started.

there is a dude here in austin that will build you a classic 80's style Cali bmx bike. GT, Hutch,Diamond Back,PK Ripper. He will customze it or build it with vintage parts. These frames are so light and are from the days of real BMX madness. Hell, from the days of freestylers/jumpers. These bikes were tough. Customized the **** out of them. He is bar none the best. I will send pics soon. He's working on a '90 Mach One for me that will be fukin radical. Black w/ black mags.
