im looking for a bike that is around 300$ and i want the best parts so just list them around a 22 pund bike street bmx that is

Street BMX? You mean a stunt bike? No stunt bikes are BMX bikes. If so you can COMPLETELY forget a 22 pound bike... especially for less than $700. Source(s): 27 years in the industry
300 isn't going to buy you any "best" parts.
Impossible for the price range your in. I would suggest eBay people get lucky on there with good prices.
