Whats the best bike that is good and not expensive? |
whats a good bike to do BMX without it getting realy messed ^ easily I don't believe there is such a thing. Spending the extra money is going to be worth it , IF you're gonna be doing a lot of riding. If you're just a casual rider, then don't worry about getting an expensive bicycle. The bike that the other Yahoo member mentioned on here (Mongoose XR-75 All-Terrrain Bike) is a bike I would be skeptical of, because it's sold at Walmart. These stores don't exactly have the reputation for selling items made of quality. I have a GT Agressor that has stood the test of time over the years. It cost $479.00. There are others. You need to do your research or go to a bike shop and test some out. Usually the standard rule is, the lighter the bike the better. You should be able to pick up the bike easily with one hand, if you can't, then skip it; however if you're an occasional rider, go with Walmart. You can buy a watch found in any regular department store that cost $95.00 or you can spend $500 - 600.00 on a watch. The watch that cost $600.00 is going to have a crystal that's made from diamond or sapphire, which translates to break proof if you accidentally bang it against something (which is an easy mistake to make). Watches that cost $95.00 and less have crystals made out of varying quality grades of glass, and sometimes they are made out of plastic. :\ Spend a little extra money and notice the difference in higher quality.
