Source(s): I ride basically, no. this bike is made for to get for their bday and ride till their ten. it will be heavy and breakdown, plus you shouldnt do your bmx shopping at walmart. try albes.com. you can find better bmx bikes their. they will be a little more expensive but worth it. save up and spend 150-250 dollars for your first bmx bike. my first bike was a backtrail x1 by haro, it was $200 and still is in good running condition. I would not go with a mongoose or any brand that you can find at target. unless all you want to do is ride. If you want to do tricks or race and are short on cash i would check Craigslist.com or ebay um no, try craigslist and look for a used bmx by "s and m" we the people "fit" and look for something with a 3 peice crank and at least double wall wheels. |
