Hi i want to buy a bmx i have 拢200? |
i want to buy a bmx to play around with and also make short journeys with at most 5miles i would prob most likely be using it for the journeys but a bmx that is good for doing some simple tricks etc would be nice, i am good at riding bikes however dont really know much about BMX's and was wondering if anyone could tell me which sort of BMX would be the best i could buy with 拢200? Check this site, I use it: http://www.alansbmx.com/ Further, a tip is to look for a previous seasons bmx in the sales, spec should be good (mostly equiv to current season) and of course the price is cheaper. And I'm not a good bmx'er (not a tricks guy), but I like riding them, I last had a freestyle/dirt bike but it was heavy (i heard there needs to be some weight behind it for jumps and stuff), it also had "fat" tyres, grippy, not good for a small wheel bike on lengthy (2 mile plus journeys) - so...I'm going for a bmx racer next, it will be light, have narrower so faster and more efficient (but still grippy enough) tyres, and I figure, at the very least you can do light jumps, wheelies, endoes. Depending on how you feel about the sturdiness of the bike you might be able to put pegs on for grinds and stalls(?) but I am not sure about this, depends on axle width. All it needs is for you to check out a decent racer, you can get the GT power racer pro for 拢229, http://www.jejamescycles.co.uk/cat1004/i... |
