Gyro help please!?

ok so my bmx bike, when ever i rotate the handle bars they gyro part makes a little clicky noise. i see what the problem is but i don't know how to fix it. ive tried tightening to little screws too. the circular gyro piece kind of flips a little and makes that noise. its almost like it is on to loose? any help, thanks!!

my bike did that too. i fixed it a little by messin with the screws. it is worst when the cables are at different tensions, so check that.
