What is the best bmx bike for 200 bucks? I'm looking to ride street. Hm. Lemme think about this. Usually, BMX bikes that have seat stay mounted brakes are primarily for racing while chain stay mounted brakes are used on freestyle bikes. Seat stay mounted model... Hm. You could tie a rope between it and an unsuspecting police car and watch it get dragged down the street, or you could place it on railroad tracks and see if the train really will derail, or ... It depends if you mean the right size to pedal efficiently (larger), the right size to do crazy stunts (medium), or the right size to trail your key chain and knee pockets on the ground behind you ... Those ratios (36/13->2.77 vs 39/14->2.785) are very close; you probably will not be able to tell a difference. Theoretically it will be easier to accelerate up to speed with the 36/13 ratio,... I used to ride on long trips with my friend. He was on a BMX and I had a computer on my bike. To ride comfortably he would travel at 10 MPH. That would mean it took him a little over an hour a... go to your local bike shop pick what sprocket you like than ask them will they pput it on your bike and take your bike to them and they will do it for you trust me get them to do it because it is v... for a beginner i would sugest getting either a Dk cincinati, great beginner bike very lite, or we the people is another good one, fly bikes, empire, and i would really consider looking at more dk b...
