Do I need to use 1 chain tensioner on my BMX bike or do I need to use 2.?

Do I need to use 1 chain tensioner on my BMX bike or do I need to use 2.?

you should use two because its more effective that way you can use 1 but i reccomend that you use 2 one so that your wheel stays straight and your chain at a perfect tightness

You really should have 2.

Keep in mind that a chain tensioner really isn't a chain tensioner... you shouldn't use it to pull the chain back. Instead, they are to leep the wheel in position so the chain doesn't lose the correct place and flop around if the wheel moves.

I use two - one on each side. I found that it just makes aligning and holding the wheel so much easier.

none? possibly 1, I can't sse it from here.

Two...one on each side of the axle.

no u only need 1 i have 1
