Chossing a bmx bike please help!?

I'm a beginner and i want to ride street and park. Some bikes I'm interested in are eastern ramodder, fit am, and eastern traildigger.

which of these bikes are best?
And if you think there's a better bike please say so and the price of the bike.

The bikes on your list don't feature 100% chromoly frames, which you'll need with what you intend to do with it.
