What size do the bmx pros ride |
what size do the bmx pros ride like chad kagy jamie bestwick dave mirra and all of those guys and whats a good racing bmx bike not too expensive i wanna get either a regular bmx bike or a racing one for fun not anything serious Basically all pros are going to be riding bikes that have a Top Tube (TT for short) length between 20.5" and 21". It all depends on your size and what you feel the most comfortable on. Check out danscomp.com and albes.com for their completes along with your local shops, so you can test some bikes out before you buy one. if you are talking top tube lengths, it usually goes that taller riders have a longer (20.75-20.25+) top tube and shorter riders the opposite. usually 20 to 20.5. but really just get what you feel comfortable on. just because you are a certain size doesnt mean you have to buy a bigger or smaller bike. as for what size the pros ride i really dont know, but im sure if you looked it up maybe on their team website they usually have their bike set up in their little profile/ bio. websites like danscomp.com , jrbicycles.com and albes.com have a huge selection of street, park, trail and race bikes in all price ranges (probably between $200 to almost $800 at the most) |
