Modern olympicss doesn't resemble history, can it be discontinued?

when the added the bmx bike competition, i gave up. too much wacky stuff. a little wrestling, boxing and racing is quite enough. this time it was boring. one jamacian sprinter and the swimmer then it faded away.

No, I think it must be time to re-instate boxing with brass knuckles.

I must say that synchronized swimming and trampoline just don't seem like Olympic competition to me.
