What bmx bike should i buy??? |
I am looking for a new bike somewhere between $100 to $160. I know a lot of people dont like mongoose but i seem to like them better than other kinds. I'm a moderate biker i can do wheelies and bar-spins so i want it to have the rotor (or whatever you call it) feature. I also want it to at least have back pegs and prefferably front because I am learning to grind and other tricks. I also want it to be somewhat light. THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR HELP theres not a lot of good BMX's you can get for $160 the best mongoose i have found is a Mongoose Menace on this website http://www.epinions.com/sport_and_outdoo... Its $170 but I'm sure you can get $10 dollars from somewhere (try down the back of the couch) =) well def. dont want a mongoose way to heavy i would try a dyno there light u can get pegs on the and not everyone hates u for riding one ehh, dont get a mongoose. Check out this site though http://danscomp.com |

Also, remember that hi tensile st... if you have a 1 piece i think you can still change the sprocket but getting a bolt thing loose on the inside of the crank will be the hardest part, if you take off the pedal then undo all the bits ... Best place, take the 401 to Brock (just after Whites Road), south on Brock to just SOUTH of Bailey. Bike shop there has very fair prices, and incredible selection. I think its called Bailey Cycle.... it's entirely possible, but it would pretty tiring for 7.5 miles. And depending on how your bike fits you, yu might find your legs not extending nearly enough to get the maximum power transf... check out redline bikes and if u can get a catalog in the catalog they have the bikes with all the specs and an approx. height chart saying somthing like "5'10+" or "below 5... |
