Bmx bike knocks?

ok i asked this before but i need to explain more.
im no tthe best at describin gbut bare with me. so in the front end of my bike were the gooseneck is i can movie it back and forward. it has a knock in it and i was wondering how to fix it.

You have a loose headset. Your stem should have two bolts on the side and one on the top. Loosen the two side bolts. Tighten the top bolt until the play is gone. Make sure that your bar is aligned with your front wheel, and tighten the other two bolts.

well that about clears it up, then doesnt it.
