What is a good make of bmx bike for skate parks?

i want to get a bmx bike to take down to my local skate park,
i was wondering what make or brand is best suited for this type of freestyle bmxing....
i thought more along the lines of mongoose and diamondback,
whats your opinion?
possible even get a good frame, and build one..

If your looking for popular and experienced companies (old) go with fit bikes or s&m (same company)

If your looking for light go with eastern

If your looking to ride trails go with dk- very reliable

-All in all if your just getting a bmx bike your probably not that experienced. If your not that experienced you probably won't be riding your bike as hard as a regular bmxer. If your not riding as hard you don't have to be too picky.

My opinion would be to get an eastern, the lighter the bike the easier to learn tricks on. Unless your some crazy daredevil you probably wont be doing double backflips so you wont have to worry about your bike holding up

you should diffinately check out either danscomp.com and jrbicycles.com...they have a really good range...and also eastern, stolen, kink and fit bikes are all good and arn't too pricey...hope ...

use wd-40 or some soapy water in a squirt bottle and work em off. To put them back on just rinse and dry them off and spray some hairspray in them and slide em back on. works like a charm.
