What is the best BMX bike for Flatland for under $250?

I'm looking for a light flatland bike.
I've ridden some others and it seems like even though they're really light, they're really hard to pop up when riding, like they're off balance or something.
anyway, know of one?

I'd say a KHS.....a real bang for the buck

Save up $50 and get a DK Signal. They are by far the best entry level flatland specific bike.

KHE Stylus is also alright but it's about 350.
