How do you change out an axle on a bmx bike? |
I am continuously bending and breaking my axles and I have to have the bike shop replace them for alot of money and I want to do it at home. I do NOT want to change the hub out ONLY the axle. all you need are axle wrenches there should be a nut and a cone take them of you old axle and put them on you new one.get some extra axles. If you keep breaking axles, you need a hub that has stronger axles/axle design. See Gsport. Toughest made. Supurb warranties against breaking/bending. |
