Know what else a screwdriver is good for?

.Screwdriver Autopsy

'You are the love of my life...first, and last, husband.
We'll be together till the end of time...
I'll wash your Gold Wing Touring bike.'

'Didn't know it was dirty.
What's the screwdriver for? '
'Those hard-to-reach places.'
He bought the truth...but, I held Aces.

You never run a bluff
On the 'clean-up' batter.
Don't 'call' her hand...
She'll show you what's the matter....

'I'm taking the car...
Bike won't start.'
'Okay. Maybe I
Washed the wrong part.'

'What part, Lover? '
'All those wires.
I unscrewed
The engine cover...'

Three days' vacation
That Gold Wing sat and had.
Touchdown for the Home Team! ! !
Ain't that just too damned bad.

Elysabeth...Poemhunter, as in .com

I knew EXACTLY what I was doing with that screwdriver and the wires inside.

Poker and bikes, your one cool chick.......guess its best to stay on your good side, all a woman needs is a screwdriver....lol

It was great,......i wish i was as creative as you

Ha! Gut wrenching!

OK not sure what the question is, but from what in read, the morale of the story is guy's don't let your wife wash your bike unsuper vised if they know nothing about mechanics.

Pretty cool and I always loved Gold Wings .

Merry Christmas and a Happy holiday to all

With no real offense I prefer Stoli Bloody Mary's, but I know Vit. C is important as well.

Now, on a more sedate, respective note, I love it anyway, and as a metaphorical piece I offer my rationale.

"Analogy: A divorce was happening, and the couple had $$$. The Husband obviously prized "THINGS" more than whatever GOOD the relationship might have meant.

He happened to be traveling but callously sent the WIFE an E mail, stating, "Take all you need, and in the garage are my PRIZED Classic cars. You may certainly have HALF of whatever you sell them for. ONE being my 1936 Mercedes Touring sedan, PRICELESS."

Soon after, the WIFE responded..."Hello, I am in the process of selling the vehicles to close out this Divorce proceeding.

Oh...and that 1936 "CAR" you mentioned... I enclose 50 Cents,,,HALF of what I sold it for.

Your once loving WIFE"

Nice.

How can one answer poetry. You could try the other screwdriver to drown your sorrows. If you have tummy troubles, try a Phillips Screwdriver...vodka and milk of magnesia. The other thing one might wish to unscrew is their pregnant girlfriend!!

Screwball McFlathead was married to Screwy MacSillary not out of love but the sheer lack of it. Screwball underestimated the groves Screwy had and found himself short of a way out of trouble. Moral, don't mess around with Screwy.......

a screwdriver is a dangerous weapon in a womans hand

The rust screw so very tight.
I insert the end and push on right.
apply the twisting torque.
Breath becomes heavy,short.
Will it give, turn, break its hold.
Pushing hard and turning right.
Blade it grips, then starts to slip,
Remember then, to twist it left.
Slow turning now out it comes.
Loosened,off the cover comes.
Batteries in, off my sons, kit car runs.

The Final Turn of The Screwdriver

All the time you used your putter on the course
The pathetic tee you used was the wrong driver.
You were so full of yourself, thinking you won,
How imbecile and penile, the screws were turning.
You thought to yourself, I am ahead of the game!
What a sorry *** you made of the meek and your name.
Didn't you realize we all were full well aware
Couldn't you see the scornful stares? I did;
I lived in a nightmare you designed with pure ecstasy,
Or no, was that designer drug of your choice?
Even weakened and broken I heard betrayal in your voice!
An ignoramus, You, not I, yet you did not heed the smile
I pleasured in, knowing one day, with a grin
The grim reaper would get you in the end.
When all is said and done, more was done than said,
With each turn of the screwdriver, in a cofffin stay dead.

LOL Love it!

A screwdriver has a myriad of uses. It all depends on the imagination. As the saying goes, " Necessity is the Mother of Invention ". You have a need, the screwdriver just might be able to fill it! The need that it filled in this instance was totally appropriate for the situation.
