I'm interested in the companies that have standard tour itineraries, luggage transfer from town to town, bike rental, and the phone contact if something goes wrong. I'm not interested in a guided tour with a group, or in dragging my tent and stuff around. Most of the ones I found seem to be in France, so I don't need any more info on them.

Best thing I could tell you to do is run a search: Bicycle Touring Trips Asia Europe and see what hits. I specialize in bicycle touring vacations and there are few GOOD companies and few I wouldn't go near.
