Bicycle tour near NYC?

I am searching natural places new New York, Central Park is nice but I am searching something diferent.

Any idea?

There's a bike path in Brooklyn along the Belt Parkway - it follows the water, Sheepshead Bay, Jamaica Bay, under the Verazzano Bridge - interesting ride.

Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge is fairly nice. The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens as well. Bike paths are other good options.
If you like hills go across the George Washington Bridge and go up rt 9W. This is a very popular bike route
