What is the most comfortable Touring Motorcycle you have owned?

Only answer if you ride long distances. Going back and forth to the dealer on saturday doesn't count. This is for the real motorcycle people, those who ride more than 10,000 a year.

I've road a number of bikes and for me it is a toss up between Harley Davidson Ultra Classic, Honda Goldwing, and a Kawasaki Nomad.

I've been riding bikes since 1960 and believe me there are many bikes out there to chose from including Harley,Honda,Yamaha,Suzuki and many more and the only way you will be pleased with your choice is to try them for your self.My self I chose a Harley but that is me, it may not be wright for you.
The most comfortable motorcycle I owned was a 1997 Electraglide Classic. I live in Canada and rode most of the USA, Canada and parts of Mexico. The motorcycle was then shipped to Australia and I rode the width of Australia from east to west. I finally retired the motorcycle in 2004(115000 Kms). The bike was set up with a stock seat. It was by far the most comfortable motorcycle I have owned.
1982 GL1100. When I traded it my wife asked if we could keep the seat. :^)
I'd have to answer Honda Goldwing, even though my Kawasaki Voyager is pretty nice and quite smooth. But when I had my Goldwing I cheated and put a Mike Corbin saddle on it. Makes all the difference in your attitude toward the end of the day. Well worth the bux...K ;o)
I have a 2004 BMW RT1150 that I ride about 15,000 miles per year. It's the most comfortable bike I've owned. I also have a R1, but I didn't buy it for comfort.
Long distance, yes.
Touring motorcycle? Closest is the 1980 CB750K with fairing & bags. Very comfortable.

The '06 Superglide is comfortable now that I changed to a Corbin-Gentry seat. Only gets second place due to a lack of a windshield.
In this case, my source is my backside.
