I want to let bicycle shop to build for me touring road bike?

I got Co Motion new frame , frame have couplings so my problem is which best quality components to install ? Campagnolo , Shimano or something else ? I looking for reliability and I must be able to find parts in Australia , Asia and Europe . This bike will by used for long distances loaded touring ( panniers front and back ) .Any idea ? Please help .

Shimano is going to be the easier of the two to get parts for in Asia and Australia. This would be my choice since there is little difference in quality.

If you venture away from the coast in Australia there can be quite long stretches where there is not much at all. It can be over 320 kms (200 m) between fuel stations (nothing else just fuel stations). The roads are a bit ordinary too.

Yes, buy a bike that's already made. A custom made bike won't be cost effective.
