Hor 24 yr boyw to create interest in education fo? |
my son is 14 yr old health is ok ht is 5'6''ft. he is completely not interested to learn.not likeing to go school.get up late on morning.pass his time by watching tv. for some time goes to market on bicycle to buy some snacks.he can read small sentence of hindi language.he knows 1 to 100 counts small adition and substraction.in english he can read alphabets.he likes touring like to make friends but not having friend.he is good to maintian home.he dress up smartly . he wish to have all comforts. he is my only son .my husband and myself worried about him how to create his interest in studies any teacher or speacial school help me to solve this problem. i need help from any corner of world to educate my only son.his name is daksh born on 2nd feb 1993. we live in delhi in india.please help. purnima. Oh, he's like my brother. My brother has figured out that even though he doesn't like school classes (he likes other kids though), he still has to go to school and get good grades, otherwise he won't get to play hockey (his love) and won't get to hang out with his friends. You can't make your child interested in school, no matter how hard you try. You could make incentives for getting good grades in school though. You could give him so much money for every 'A', a little less for a 'B'....and so forth. He sounds bored to me. Maybe you could encourage your child to join activities outside of school that he would enjoy that aren't offered in school. I don't know what's offered in New Dehli, but maybe some sort of theatre or art class, or some sort of sport perhaps, or maybe a cooking class. in which class he is reading now.....he is 14, knows to count 1-100....???????????tell me first i hv a good solution...don't worry I wonder if you can find something he loves to do which would require more education. For example if he loves to dress well, perhaps he could become a fashion designer. He could be rich and famous, but he must learn to read, write and do math well so he is not robbed by the people he does business with. The same would be true if he wants to be a film star. India produces more movies every year than Hollywood, so there is a good chance he could become a film star, but he must be able to read the scripts. If he finds something he loves to do, the learning will become easy. |
