Learning how too about the bikes
Go to the library, they have just about every thing, from histories to repairs of almost all bikes. You may not be able to check it out but you can make copies of what you want. I did this when I was repairing a VW, putting a V8 into a 84' small Ford Ranger, and working on a JEEP. It's the easiest place and if you don't know how to find what you want just ask the friendly librarians. But you really should have a shop manual if you plan to work on your bike for the basic stuff. It's the first thing I get,I have one for an old Sporty, Pan and Shovel but it's a little pricey but worth it. Check E-Bay too. Good luck.
