Are KTM's expensive to repair? and do you have to have a certain place to take them in? |
Like can i take it to a local store that sells bikes and 4 wheelers and they know how to repair it or does there have to be a certain place to take these things in to get repaired correctly The parts are more expensive because they're imported from Austria. Shops won't turn down work (most charge 100 bucks an hour). I'd find a KTM dealership for major repairs but do little things yourself. You are best off dealing with a mechanic who is working on KTM's all the time, so take it to the nearest dealership to have work done on it. The parts are usually dearer than the other known brand of bikes. Parts for ktm's are more expesive than some other brands. Most bike shops will work on ktm's,but non ktm shops will charge a little more for parts. |
