Help identifying source of white smoke from radiator area of motorcycle.?

Vehicle is a Suzuki SV650 (motorcycle). The other day, I was riding (it was raining) and noticed white smoke (wisps not thick or heavy) coming from the radiator area of the bike (front end). I checked all fluids (coolant, oil, and brake) for levels and any discoloration. Levels were good (no evidence of any drop), and no discoloration. After the bike sat for about 3 hours, I took it out again and there was no white smoke. I've also noticed a faint smell the reminds me of burnt rubber, after I've ridden the bike (I have to get right up on the radiator area to smell it though). Lastly, engine temperature is normal, it is not high nor is the temperature reading erratic. It's due for an oil change soon, so if the problem continues without any other symptoms then I'll have the dealer check it out, but if anyone has any ideas, I'd like to repair it myself.

Any ideas?

ok rider nothing to worry here that normal when bike heats and rain hits it would get oil changed then keep watching it the temp arround the bike and rain water will do that

Are you sure it was smoke and not steam from water hitting the hot radiator, engine or exhaust? White smoke would indicate oil hitting a hot surface. Get a really bright flashlight and peer into the dark places with it running and fully warmed up, maybe you'll spot a little leak somewhere.

Great bike, by the way. Probably the best and most fun sport bike out there. I'm looking for a steal on one for the days when I want more lean than the GL1800 will allow. :)
