My absurd dream lol... heart donation!! plz plz interpret?

It was like i had a minor accident but nothing happened to me...my bike fell apart and i gave it for repairing...

Then out of nowhere i see myself in a tiny dingy little room with a woman and her child..and i have given my heart to her coz she didnt have one... and i was alive even without the heart... And was partly happy and also very very sad that im gonna have to live a terrible life without a heart... alive though

What could this mean???
