How cheap is it to repair scratched paint on Bikes (moped 125cc)?

Look up the paint code on a sticker or your owner's manual: then check with an auto supply store for scratch repair stuff: a minor scratch can be fixed with a paint crayon or touch-up bottle. A close match doesn't matter, as you can give it finish coat with a rattlecan paint that does match.
Be sure the surface is glossy-smooth with all traces of the scratch removed: paint highlights mistakes, doesn't hide them. If necessary, get some fine #600 wet-or-dry sanding paper to take down rough edges; dings and deep scratches need "Bondo" body filler compound- make small amounts w/ minimal hardener. It sets up in 5 minutes to be scraped and sanded to original surface.

depends how you want it to look, a few evenings and under 100$ and it could be done. just go to any store that sells paint and tell them what you are up to and they will tell you what to buy.
