Water inside crankcase?

some idiot thought it would be wise to move my bike out the shed while i was on holiday when it was raining and water has gone down into the crankcase, ( ive got the barrel off ect so i can repair the cylinder ) now its full of water!

small end bearing and piston seems ok

what could i do to flush all the water out the crankcase without stripping it down.

so far ive flushed the water out, and put two stroke in the crankcase and drained it out twice.

ps its a honda mtx125

I would drain the water out then pack the crankcase with oil. Like fill it up till oil comes out the filler hole and then put oil in the piston hole. Drain it then fill it back up with oil and drain it and then fill it back up and turn over the engine over by hand to get the oil moving through all the passages then drain it out and replace with the proper amount of oil and reassemble the engine. It may smoke for a while but it will be ok.

hello my friend bought a old Subaru brat that had a cracked head gasket and we took it to the car wash and cleaned it out and then we got it home we filled it up with diesel and turned it over for about a hour and we did the 3 times and then we did it one time with clean oil in it
if it was full of oil and just had water in it that it should be OK

dont get ur pantys in a wad...iv had wet engines...i drained oil and put in new and ran them..youve all ready done more then u need to...

WD40 (WD stand for Water Displacement) is the answer. Fill crankcase with WD 40 put in low gear and roll to turn the engine over a few times (key off so it does not start). Drain fill with oil drain again, then fill you should be fine. Run engine at idle a minute or two change oil again at this point you should change your spark plug as it likely is going to foul. You will be clear to hit the road after this
