Parts for a 1980-something Cagiva? |
Does anyone know where to find parts for a 80's Cagiva dirt bike, i think it is a 125 (not sure of year - think it is an 84)? My boyfriend bought this useless peice of crap awhile back and it broke down right after he got it and he cannot seem to get parts ANYWHERE. He was told he would have to send the parts off somewhere to be repaired. Is this thing a useless peice of sh*t or can it be salvaged? I feel so sorry for him that he has not been able to ride it since he bought it. He paid like $800 for it - is that too much for this bike? Sorry, i cant remember what he said was wrong with it... They haven't made (or imported) Cagive MX bikes for 20 yrs. I don't know what model you have, MX, WMX, RX?......here's an 88 WMX 250............http://www.bikeboneyard.com/cagiva.html Yes these bikes are practically impossible to get parts for as they were'nt a popular seller in Australia. I would be interested in buying your boyfriends bike as I had one back in 1984. It wouldn't matter to me that it is not working. |
