My bicycle wheel has a hole in it. Would I be better of paying to get it patched up or just buying a new one.
i think it depends on the size of the hole. and how much tread you have left. also if its on the sidewall or not. if its a big hole. and its on the sidewall. then yes. get a new tire. otherwise your tube may bubble out of your tire. and rub on the fork or frame.
alot of times you can repair a tire. and it usually cost alot less to repair a bike tire than to replace it . if you have a tire repair kit already.
i'm guessing the hole is in the inner tube.if its a small hole it can be patched. if its too big, a new inner tube is needed. both meathods are in expensive if you do it your self
