I have a 2007 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 and the exhaust was hit by someone else. What is the best Exhaust to get !? |
My 2007 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 was backed in to. The exhaust was damaged quite bad. It is now being repaired and I want to know what the best Exhaust is to get for this bike. I have a chance to get a New Micron GP slip on For a killer price but I have never owned a Micron. Are they good? Anyone that knows please let me know. Thanks Honestly, there isn't much difference between "slip on" exhausts. You really need a full system to make any kind of a difference. Micron has nice blue color exhaust which matches the GSXR (if yours is blue). Find one which looks good and sounds good. Some exhausts are louder than others. I had a yosh full system (carbon fiber) on my last GSXR which got stolen :( If you go with a full system get a power commander and have your engine mapped. It's the only way to get any performance gain. Otherwise you really are just paying for looks/sound. Microns are cheap pipe stick with one of these 1. Akrapovic 2.
