How many calories should i eat a day?



I'm 26yrs, 5'6' and I weigh 132lbs, and I would like to lose 12 lbs. I exercies an hour and a half 5-6 days a week; doing 30 minutes on the bike, 45 minutes strength training with 60 seconds of carido in between each rep & set, and 15 minutes of pilates for my abs. And for a living I do renovations and repairs. How many caloires should I eat a day to lose the 12 lbs. Thanks

You should always get at least a minimum of 1200 calories a day. However, the more exercise you do, the more calories you can get away with eating.
try like1500-1600 calories
1600 calories is the best way to go. I'm doing LA weight loss right now, and I'm pretty active and thats what I have to consume every day to keep my metabolism going... but mind you its all healthy food, so I'm constantly eating.
1500- 1800 calories will be good... it will still take you some time to lose the weight
How fast are you wanting to lose the weight? More importantly, what are you eating? How often are you eating?

In a perfect world, you would be consuming 1600 - 1800 calories a day spaced out over 6 meals per day.

Personally - I think you are doing too much cardio, and not enough resistance training.

Resistance training with heavier weights will preserve muscle, while cardio will burn muscle and fat.
