I left my bike in for repair yesterday and mechanic has bust rad,but claims I did it riding in.I'm being shaft


I've seen rad and fairing,and know damage was caused with fairing off(NC30),as there is no damage to grille.How can i nail this ***t legally?.

You would have to see and will need evidence to show the judge that the damage couldn't have been done while you were riding it, such as a mechanic or service tech from another shop coming to court with you and saying so. Burden of proof will be on you.
this is why i won't let shops anywhere near my bike... take them to small claims court and do your best.
crap... its your workd against his. like some one mention before, go to small claims court. good luck!
