How do I get the 'Sharp Dressed Man' on Bully: Scholarship Edition for XBOX360?

I've bought every item of clothing from each of the 3 clothing stored in the game.

I've bought all the clothing from the ticket store at the carnival.

I've completed all the bike races.

I've done mostly everything in the game apart from the the C&G cards and the rubber bands.

Is there something I'm missing to get this Achievement?

you do know that in order to get that acheivement you need to collect a total of 250 clothing items right? Including the clothes you get from missions and other events...did you finish the go-kart races? you get an actual go-kart and a helmet for that,i have 1000/1000 acheivements on that now-boring game,and all i did was just buy every single clothing item in it,oh! you might have missed the school store,it hides behind the bullitin board in the main school building,it's easy to miss it,also here's a tip for getting those rubber bands and G&G cards,complete your geography classes,i know its hard but if you complete,the locations of them will be revealed in your map,still,it tells you the location,not exactly where it is,you get a rubber band ball for getting the bands which is pratically the best weapon in the game and you get a nerdy grolim thing costume with the G&G cards..so here ya go man,oh and if you want the acheivement "perfectionist" after you get all the room trophies,every achievements besides that and every single mission and at least 30 errands done with all bike and go kart races,you have to complete the newspaper throwing job and the lawn mowing job and drink 200 aditional cans of soda addition to the 100 you have to drink to get that soda acheivement and get every single clothing item you can get in the game to get perfectionist. =)
