Why do i cross dress, why am i a transvestite.?

My life is not confusing as i just don't ask myself too many questions. Ha!
In all seriousness,
I am quite the Chameleon,i have learnt the roll of female impersanation down to a tee.
I enjoy playing two identities and neither of my worlds ever meet.
I never forget the role i am playing at the time but i don't really change who i am.
Basicly when im fem i dont talk spanners and engines, and when im male i dont talk nail polish and foundation when i have a race bike on the dyno.

My male side was a pro motorcycle racer and in the same era i was doing drag to abba on stage.

Im not a whacko, and i know who i am, i just sometimes wonder why????

I was of the understanding that i was a transvestite (psychological gratification and stimulation of x dressing) but i have been on a temporary medication that has killed any sex drive (temporarily).
So im not seeking any stimulation of the neurological or psychological sectors but i still like to be as two??

No one simple answer... There are people who really do identify with two genders. It doesn't matter how they are dressed they just know they have a side of them that is the opposite gender. Crossdressing doesn't produce sexual stimulation, rather it results in comfort and identity.

Approximately 10% of normal heterosexual males say they get sexual gratification or stimulation from crossdressing. These men usually say they grew up as sensitive boys who grew up knowing that they were different, not the regular rough, competitive boys. Rather they admired the things of girls, dolls, clothes, nail polish, etc... They are told that they are boys and boys don't do that... They accept their gender and for the most part, enjoy being boys. Then when they reach adolescense they just happen to discover that they get a rush of sexual gratification from crossdressing.

You say you know who you are, but here you are, on Yahoo answers, asking a bewildering question about your double life. I think you have identity issues and a problem with your past. You live in the present with your two different personalities and don't seem to have a clue as to why you are two different people. It may be a neurological issue, but you will probably take offense to that and not get yourself checked out by a doctor. Hopefully a loved one will see something interesting in your case and maybe have a little intervention.

there isnt an answer for that. its who you are and you seem to be living a very full and rewarding life. i dont really see a problem with it

We all wonder that, but theres really never a real answer to that question. Its like asking, why is the grass green and why is the sky blue?ok kinda lame compariosn but i mean, theres a scientific reason, but im saying why it is, what justified it, is there areason to why it is, is there a purpose for it, no, it just is, and i think our personalities and things we do are like that. Sometimes there is sort of some..analytical 'reason' or interpretation to why you might be the way you are, but there is no justificatio nor reason to why you act the way you act and want what you want and like what you like. there doesnt need to be quite frankly. so enjoy who you are, and be happy with yourself. life is too short <3

You sound a little like me. Your gender is a mix of both male and female. If both are equal, then both will demand attention every now and then. I've ignored my female side for years and now it is suddenly forcing itself out. I've been cross dressing and presenting myself as a woman (at least where I feel comfortable doing so) for a while now and It has helped me to understand myself much better. After this side of me has had a good run, I may switch back to male dominance, but I just don't know. For now, I'm a girl, and I'm having fun with it.

You're not a whacko at all. I just think you are dual gendered and different sides demand dominance at different times.
