Holdsworth Racing bike?

I rescued a black 12 speed Holdsworth racing bike off a tip recently. Can anyone tell me more about the model, year etc? Value?

It has Reynolds 531 tubing, Weinmann centrepull brakes, ITM bars/headset the groupset is cheap though - Silstar/Shimano, but apart from that it looks a lovely machine.

If I remember right, these were made by the same factory
( Marlborough Cycles, now long closed) that made Claud Butler in Darlaston in the West Midlands when they were both half decent racing bikes, but unless the frame is Reynolds 531 or 753 (look for a sticker on the down tube)and has fancy lug work, probably of no great value, unless someone out there collects them.
