Barnyard (PS2)?

We have barnyard on ps2 my daughters love it and are always asking my to do press X for the butter and cream thing.
We are having a bit of trouble completing the bike race against the Jersey cows do you know how to complete it or should i send my memory card to the manufactures and ask them to do it?
