rules in virginia and north carolina on racing atv's and the age for each state and the size cc of the bike to be legal to race
In ama sanctioned events you have to be 16 years and older to race anything over 90cc unless your local tracks have a blaster class which they may or may not. And if they do you can race 200cc and lower 2-stroke or 4-stroke all they way up to 300cc. I think the blaster class rules are that you have to be 12 - 15 years of age to be in the blaster class. Now if you are 16 or older then you can be in the Quad A, B, or C racing class depending on your ability or riding skill. You can go to this website to find out more www.ama-cycle.org But If you do race in the Blaster class it is not a district class so whatever district you race in you can't get district points. I hoped that I helped you with this.
