Why am I so active??

I literately never stop. Today I woke up and choreographed dances for 3 hours. Then I proceeded to rough housing with my dog. After this I warmed up for a race I was in later that night. I ran about two miles. Then I ran the four mile race, came home and just danced for another couple of hours...now I am here (2 am) and I am trying to think of things I can do....honestly I just wanna go for a bike ride or something. Why in the world can I not sit still???

do your eyes seem to be extra wide and you feel a little anxious? are you very thin? you may have hyperthyroidism, which could make you hyper and anxious. if you sometimes have periods where you feel tired or depressed before you become overly active again, you may also be having a manic episode as a result of bipolar disorder. try contacting a family physician, and if there's no physical reason for your problem, find a psychologist to make sure you don't have an anxiety or mood disorder.
Look at inactive me.
because exercise is like a drug. it is addictive....and an adrenaline high.....
You obviously have a lot of energy. This is a good thing. Just try to channel it so that you do good and useful things. Thank God that you have the ability that so many wish they had.
I guess you are fit & healthy. I wish i was more like you instead of sitting my *** on the computer. lol.
too much energy or not not getting enough of something...
